I am a passionate enthusiast of the neuroscience of learning (the how and why we choose to learn what we do) and I believe that people want to make a difference with the work that they do. As an accomplished C-suite advisor, entrepreneur, and CDI-accredited Board candidate, I have over 23 years of experience in complex business transformation, education, and governance and have been privileged to work throughout North America, Europe, and Asia. Beyond being an accounting financial leader, I am an expert in the identification and mitigation of risks inherent from ethical implications and unconscious bias in business decision making.

As a trusted C-suite advisor I have led complex change initiatives and have developed and delivered client-specific training sessions and workshops for nearly 20,000 individuals. As an FCPA, FCMA with an MBA in International Business and MA in Leadership, I bring to the table more 20 years of Board experience in Canada and the US.
